Shipping FAQ

How Much does shipping cost?

We offer our customers free standard shipping with Australia Post which is included in the price of the item.  Express post is available as an option at check-out  For orders from customers located outside Australia, postage will be calculated on check-out.

When will my item be shipped?

Orders will generally be shipped within 1 business day. Please allow for extra handling time during busy periods such as Christmas.  

Can I get Express Shipping?

We offer Australian Domestic express shipping for a flat rate of $9.95 per order.  Please select this option on check-out. Bear in mind that if your delivery address is outside Australia Post's express zones, overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed.

How can I track my Purchase? 

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a carrier details with a link to their tracking reference number.  Your address is printed onto the packaging and lodged by us personally with your carrier. 

How will my order be shipped? 

All items are shiped using Australia Post eParcel. You can track your purchase by entering the consignment number we provide you at the following link - auspost.com.au/track/

What happens if my items get lost in the mail or I haven't recieved it? 

If you do not receive your purchase in a timely manner please check auspost.com.au/track/ where you will get an update of the delivery status.  If your item appears to be missing, please contact us at cs@xtrend.com.au.  We will initiate an enquiry with Australia Post to determine the status of your item.  Please allow 14 working days for the investigation to take place.

What happens if an item is missing from my order? 

If in the rare chance an item is missing from your order we will arrange to have a replacement sent straight away.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item? 

If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact us at cs@xtrend.com.au straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item. 

Do you deliver to PO Box Address? 

We can deliver to any Po Box Address in Australia. 

Can you deliver to my work address? 

Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.

Do you Ship Overseas?

Yes, we ship overseas and the postage cost is calculate on check-out.  It should be noted that the buyer is responsible for the payment of all customs duties, taxes, levies and import charges imposed by governments in their home country.  xTrend will take no responsibility for the payment of any import related charges paid by the buyer.
