Warranty Info
All items purchased come with a 12 month warranty covered by us, the seller, xTrend. The warranty is not a manufacturer's warranty. If you feel your item requires servicing under our warranty, please contact us prior to arranging the item's return.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to and from us for warranty repair work.
Any items returned to us for warranty claims are subject to our professional assessment. If, in our sole opinion we deem the item requires repair as a result of incorrect use or normal wear and tear, a quote will be provided for the repair and return of the item and the item and will be returned once this amount has been paid.
Please note that xTrend and it's related parties source and purchase all products sold from authorised third parties worldwide for resale on this website and other sales channels. All products are genuine, authentic and produced by the manufacturers described in each product listing. xTrend are in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised, sponsored or otherwise related to the manufacturers or distributors of products sold on our website or other sales channels.
Sunglasses Warranty
xTrend provides a warranty on all new sunglasses sold on defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
The warranty on sunglasses does not cover normal wear and tear and/or damage due to incorrect use. Lens damage is considered normal wear and tear. The case, packaging or any other articles of limited resistance are not covered under this warranty.
Watch Warranty
Our warranty on wristwatches covers defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover items of limited resistance including, straps and bands, crystal, glass or dial windows, batteries or casing and packaging.
Our warranty does not cover water damage where in our sole opinion this water damage was caused as a result of incorrect use of the watch.
This warranty will be voided if, in our sole opinion any any unauthorised third-party repairs, tampering or opening of the watch case has occurred.
Do not return your items to the manufacturer for warranty claims unless instructed to do so.
Some warranty claims can take over 90 days.
